Hoe Lee Kow's modern Korean barbecue safely chaperones me through a mostly unknown world of Korean cuisine one bite at a time.
Really enjoyed dining here, the one time I was there. Very relaxed and the food like you said is free from any regiment so it feels off the hook.
I want to delve deeper into the steaks area but that means leaving the wife at home 🤷🏽♂️
I felt the same way about Reif. The menu dazzles in the beginning, but the mains sounded like they could exist in any restaurant. Not meant offensively, but I just guess the gross margin is definitely dripping in the starters.
The duck ramen is one of the best ramen dishes in town. But I like my ramen so thick you could walk across it.
I'm glad they've come along. My first visit was a very rare miss from Reif, and I haven't been inspired to return.
