As much as I love the TakaHisa team, interviewing Christian was enough and while I hate to miss out on collabs, I think I made the right choice last week.

If TakaHisa has the sando and the gyoza on their main menu, it’s worth checking in on those dishes. Those were my new dish highlights from them.
